The MIWE Bakery Program Manager is an easy-to-use Windows program with versions available in 16-bit and 32-bit. It can read and write baking programs through the front jack, allowing for easy input and monitoring of programs for all MIWE ECS and most DS Digital Control programming. It also includes a baking program archive for storing programs, inputting additional information such as baking sheet capacity, and printing detailed or abbreviated lists of programs.
